Frequently asked questions
What is the Pomodoro technique?
Developed by Francesco Cirillo, it has you work without interruption for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. After four work rounds you take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes.
Can I change the durations?
Yes. You can set the work, short break and long break lengths and the number of rounds before a long break; the settings are stored on this device.
Do the phases switch automatically?
Yes. When time is up a sound plays and the next phase (work or break) starts by itself. Press Pause to stop.
