How are the days between two dates calculated?
You subtract the start date from the end date; the calculator does this automatically and also shows the result in weeks and in years, months and days.
Do working days exclude public holidays?
The working-day count leaves out weekends and Turkish public holidays; bayram eve half days count as 0.5 working days. Holiday data is the 2026–2031 data from our calendar pages.
How is age calculated?
The completed years, months and days from the date of birth to today are counted. The calculator also shows the total days lived and the days until the next birthday.
How is the end of the month handled when adding months?
If the target month does not have that day, its last day is used; for example adding 1 month to 31 January gives the last day of February.
